Comprehensive Campus Wellness & Career Prep

Mobile preventive mental health + on-demand professional development

A Story of Student Success

An Engineering Department Chair was saddened to see students dropping out from stress and team project conflicts. In addition, employers were seeing soft skills that his STEM curriculum didn't cover. So, he assigned Capsule's short supplement and found it helped students manage anxiety and develop professional skills, with zero team conflicts for the first time in his classroom history.

From Classroom to Career

Today, Capsule Core is an efficient, effective mobile program for student success. 89% of hires fail due to lack of soft skills. We prepare students with the resilience and relationship skills to excel academically and kick-start their careers.

I was surprised to learn something new about myself after each capsule. It’s obvious why teachers are using this program to help their students stay organized and concentrate in class by solving problems that they might have outside of the classroom.

Administrator or professor?

Let's meet.

Healthy classrooms and campuses begin with you.

For:

  • Counseling & Psychological Services for prevention & 24/7 mobile wellness

  • Housing & Student Life to heatmap data on aggregate anxiety & moods based on location

  • Career Services to develop emotional intelligence & long-term planning

  • Individual depts/classrooms to supplement professional skills desired by employers

From Preventive Care to 24/7 Care

Both mental health and great managers start with tone from the top. Whether individual professors or directors of counseling, career services, housing, or student life:

You care for students, but you can't be everywhere at once. Assigning Capsule pre-orientation has been shown to boost mood, confidence, engagement, and grades.

From You, the Leaders They Admire

We asked students: how would you like to hear about Capsule? Far and above hearing about Capsule from a friend, they wanted to hear from an alum or administrator:

"I care about your success in and out of the classroom. That's why I've sponsored Capsule for you."

COMPREHENSIVE

CUSTOMIZABLE

What distracts from class? We'll bet it's one of the 9 areas we cover, from mental/emotional management to dating.

GUIDED

INTROSPECTION

142+ cited studies + interactive journal for life lessons that "stick longer than if simply handed to you." That's the power of this private journey.

COST-EFFECTIVE

PREVENTIVE CARE

A flu shot for emotional intelligence -- important academically, socially, and professionally -- reaching those least likely to seek out help.

COMMON
LITERACY

Help friends help one another. With broad adoption, students can opt-in to mentorships and group discussions for deeper connections.

Capsule makes me think about self-improvement tools that I never saw myself having time for. Working through the program, I started to realize that things I thought took a lot of effort, take almost no effort at all, once I have a train of thought planned out for me!

I’ve always had a passion for both the holistic and scientific. I believe our physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual health are all interconnected. Here at Capsule, we’ve found a way to attend to each of these aspects using innovative, scientific research for overall wellness and development.

I am currently working on my second bachelor's degree. My first degree was all about survival and making it to graduation. With the life skills I now have, I am ready to take on the world. I love working with Capsule, because they are teaching these life skills conveniently for everyone–wherever they are in their life’s journey.

I promote Capsule’s incredible mission on social media and tailor it to students’ unique experiences and needs. I am passionate about what Capsule is offering -- quick yet comprehensive lessons about self-development that most classrooms don’t teach but are so vital and valuable to know!

I work to make Capsule an engaging and delightful experience. To me, Capsule bridges the gap between “book smarts” and “street smarts.” In my free time, you can catch me being silly jamming on drums or running around with nerf guns.

I love visualizing and capturing a story with my images, and aim to someday do so as a freelancer. Capsule is an amazing tool for coping with emotions. It's helpful to learn and understand what is happening within yourself.

Capsule cares about the actual student. They're really here to help you strive and move forward no matter who you are. Even beyond that, the skills they teach you are more than about being a student. They're about living life.
